The inspection happens first and takes a couple hours. Once we start removal, containment and demolition usually take a day. Treatment and drying take another day or two. If we’re doing reconstruction after, add another few days for drywall, paint, and finishing work.

Not if we fix the moisture source. Mold needs water to grow. If we remove the mold but don’t fix the leak, the condensation, or the ventilation problem, it’ll come back within weeks.
